:: Divine Mercy Chaplet ::

This Chaplet, centered around Divine Mercy and the Passion and Death of Jesus Christ, was taught to Saint Faustina Kowalski by Jesus when He appeared to her at her Convent in Poland in the 1930's. It can be prayed on Rosary beads, and, in its most basic form, consists of several opening prayers, then five decades, then a set of closing prayers. Pope John Paul the Great canonized Saint Faustina and established the Sunday after Easter as Divine Mercy Sunday.
